Slurry pump ShN-250 (ShN-270)
The ShN 250-34 centrifugal slurry pump is designed for pumping slurry water, flotation tailings, filtrate, process water, and both on-spec and off-spec magnetite suspensions with a solids content of up to 400 g/l, a maximum particle size of 6 mm, and a medium temperature between +1 °C and +40 °C.
Components and spare parts are produced by precision casting using purpose-built foundry tooling. The most wear-exposed parts are made from ICHH28N2 high-alloy wear-resistant cast iron with a wear resistance coefficient of 7–8.
