Replacement parts and wetted-end restoration

We repair 12NDS (D1250-65), ShN-250, ShN-500, ShN-1000, 8S-8 and 1V20/10 pumps and 12U10, U900-90 and NUV 450 coal pumps. Repairs include replacing worn parts and restoring existing components.

We use a wear-resistant composite based on silicon carbide (SiC, carborundum) to restore the wetted end. Suitability for an individual pump and the extent of component replacement need to be agreed with regard to its condition and operating environment.
